Win 10 reinstall without key via USB stick for repair?

My laptop can't be uploaded. I always stick in this blue repair screen of Win 10. The laptop can't be reset. Now I want to reinstall Win 10 over a USB-Sick. But I have no key, but on the laptop Win 10 was installed anyway. Is it possible to reinstall Win 10 without Key?

Yes, but in the Blue Repair menu there's a point called Repairing. Have a look on Youtube!

If Win10 is on your stick and it's the win that was already on the laptop, that's no problem. On your laptop is an OEM version and you can as many times as you want to reinstall without key.

In the newer devices (mostly) the key is stored on the EEPROM.

If not inquire with the manufacturer.
