I have seen with several laptops that instead of about 2000 euro they only use 700 euro because they are used (as new and the dealer is 4-multimedia). Is the product damaged or why is it so cheap? Is there a protection for used goods that you can't get a broken device?
This can be one of the well-known scams that unfortunately keep popping up on Amazon.
Is there somewhere that the dealer should be contacted by email before ordering?
Then it is clearly a scam! Such fraudulent sellers lure with unusually low prices and then try to process the order "past Amazon". If you fall for it and pay directly to the seller, then the money is gone and you NEVER get any goods.
The Amazon buyer protection (A-Z guarantee from Amazon) does NOT apply in such cases because the order and payment were NOT processed through properly Amazon.
It is very annoying that Amazon is avoiding its responsibility and does not consistently prevent such fraudsters from defrauding Amazon customers.
Thank you very much
Does it say to the seller that he should be updated via email?
Then give the link so that you can report it to Amazon.

Should I report the two right away?
Yes do it!
Are both clearly fraudsters!
The seller accounts with the good ratings hacked them…
