CD drive from my laptop is constantly opening why?

I have a problem with my Samsung np355e7c.

The display was broken and I have replaced it, since the exchange, the CD drive jumps randomly, no matter whether I burn a CD or no CD is in it.

It can't be a virus because ea even happened when the disk was completely formatted and there was no BS left.

Does anybody know why this happens?
