Installing a new graphics card in the laptop?

I wanted to know your opinion: Do you think it's a good idea to install a new graphics card in a laptop or rather less? I'm just really thinking of whether I should get me a new PC, or upgrade my laptop. Btw, I'm currently switching to very demanding games, and with a GTX 960M (2 GB), unfortunately, I do not get that far with the FPS (X-Plane 11, Red Dead Redemption, etc.). I also do not feel like screwing the graphics settings down so far that it looks completely kaka. What do you say?

With most laptops (rather it is the rule that it does not work) the graphics card can't be exchanged.

X-Plane 11 is heavily CPU dependent (as far as I've read)
Red Dead Redemption is not for PC maximum for emulator and synonymous because it requires much more CPU power than GPU
It would be much better to get / build a stand PC. Since they can always be upgraded.

If you do not want to downscale the graphics settings to lousy settings, in pretty much any current or upcoming game (did I miss something on Red Dead Redemption regarding PC release?), Then you're not getting around a PC. The graphics card in your laptop, if it is even possible with your model, you will never be able to upgrade so far that it easily creates AAA titles.

Put together a sensible PC, save a lot of money and look forward to graphic splendor ^^

In modern laptops you can't replace the graphics card. It was unveiled at the CES, but previously the concept had been frozen for years because Nvidia wanted it that way. Therefore, a new PC must come from, to play a tower is best, because you have here very good upgrade and possibly repair options!
