Control in sims 3?

I have a question. I have owned sims 4 for a few years and I thought I would get sims 3. Everything is fine, only I play on laptop and I can't rotate the screen with the mouse like with sims 4 and that bothers me. Do you know a mod that allows you to control the sims 3 with the mouse?

You should also be able to rotate the screen with the mouse
