Key + R what does that mean?

Unfortunately I have a blue screen on my laptop (Windows 7). I wrote my mistake in Google and then it said that I have to press Key + R. But what is Key?

The Windows key. Four fields, bottom left or sometimes right.

I assume that there was Windows Key + R. Win + R opens the Run window in the lower left corner of the screen, which starts almost every fix after blue screens.
