I had ordered a laptop from Otto last month and sent him back after 3 weeks because he did not promise me. I like to test the laptop first properly 2-3 weeks to get to know all the pros and cons. Of course there's data about it but I always think it necessary to test it myself. Now I have another one that I would like to order, but remember that if I do not like or agree, I'll send it back after 2-3 weeks. If that should happen, there makes Otto problems or can I do that without hesitation?
I would rather pay attention, they could lock them up for reuse.
