Tasks during maternity leave?

I have a question that spreads interest. Since the pregnancy was announced, my wife has been officially banned from employers and has been on maternity leave since the beginning of January.
Now all our employees have to sign a new confidentiality agreement and take an online course.
After maternity leave after birth, she would like to stay at home for a year. Now, just like all of our other employees, she has also received the documents.

It is not a huge effort and it may take 30 minutes. She just wants to take a quick look at the laptop at home and do that, it's not a thing.

Now to the real question. Can the employer ask her? Or can she simply say that she does it one year after parental leave because she does not have any paid work inside?

It's really pure interest.

8 weeks after childbirth, employment is generally prohibited. So she is normally not allowed to work for 8 weeks. That with the laptop from home must be clarified with the employer.

Sure, in maternity leave anyway. But I would assume that even during parental leave the employer can't insist on it. During this time, the parent has no paid job in the company.

It does the whole thing when it is in operation again. This is completely normal. I have many employees who were on mum protection / parental leave and whose certificates (data protection / anti-corruption guidelines etc.) expired during this time.

They were then asked to put them back on duty in the first week.
