Apple folder with 30 gb is supposedly empty?

I have found on my Windows laptop a folder called Apple and consumed 30gb. My questions: What is in there? Can I just delete it? Can I pull it on a usbstick etc?

It may contain hidden files that are not displayed by your computer. But you can set in the Explorer, that you will also see hidden files:-)
