My cell phone (Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018)) has been quite full for some time now and I've finally sat down to drag files to my laptop because my Whatsapp folder contains 13,000 images alone but many of them should not be deleted.
When I try to access the Whatsapp Images folder on the laptop, it loads for a moment and then shows me that the folder is empty.
The cell phone is of course connected and now fully charged, the screen is unlocked, it is set to data transfer via USB.
I have already been able to delete a lot from my SD card and normal storage, but the Whatsapp Images folder is causing me problems.
Can anyone help me?
Try another way. Insert a memory card into the cell phone and copy the pictures there. Then the memory card into the card reader of the PC (if it has one) and then pull the data over.
Unfortunately I don't have a memory card ready, but I'll see if my friends have one. Sounds more promising, so thanks!
