Laptop does not charge despite mains operation always stays at 0%?

My laptop is not charging despite mains operation, I have updated all drivers and we're in the newest state, nevertheless it does not have a reset and the driver has not been rebuilt. I need help as soon as possible

Very possible that your battery is broken.

If it is removable, take it out and clean the contacts on the battery and laptop, then connect the power adapter and switch on the laptop (without battery).

Reinstall the battery after it has fully booted and then restart the laptop.

I don't try and it also crashes spontaneously, the power supply has 15 volts and I have ordered a new battery
