My sister is looking for a laptop she can work with AND play sims. So Sims 2,3 and 4. Can she play with the laptop Sims on highest settings?

Should actually work for sims 2 but you may need an extra program to play it at a higher performance (I brought it to at least my) With sims 4 I can't say exactly because I do not own it and therefore can't compare but it is synonymous to older pcs so I think this should be ok but no pc expert so…
I myself have not tested the Radeon R3 graphics card yet. I use the AMD Radeon HD 7650M with 2 GB for the games I play like this. From experience I can say that the AMD Radeon HD 7650M with 2 GB is a good graphics for certain games. It is also important to note that in most cases the AMD graphics cards are stronger than the ATI graphics cards. I'm going to assume that the Sims will require at most a processor with a clock frequency of 2.65 GHz so is the latest Sims. The older Sims games I think maybe a processor with 2.40 GHz. As for the graphics card requirement, I do not know. It may well be that maybe the graphics card I have Sims but I do not know how I said. I only play Sims on the PS3.
