I have to print out a worksheet for school, but as soon as I press the print icon, my laptop crashes and the following error message appears:
My laptop is up to date and I've tried so many times now, but nothing helps.
Perhaps one of you knows your way around better.
Go to the system control on printer. And define the correct printer as the default printer.
This is probably the reason why the wrong printer is defined as the standard.
The problem is known and can be found in the last Windows update. Workaround:
1. Windows button + R
2. Enter cmd and click ok
3. Enter the following command:
wuse / uninstall / kb: 5000802
4. Enter the same command with 5000822 and 5000808.
5. Restart the PC
This will uninstall the affected updates.
Perfect answer. There's another way, but this is a good guide.
I know, but it's the easiest and fastest workaround. Alternatively, there would be the option to uninstall the update via the settings, which is a pretty painful search. In addition, emptying the network card's cache should help, but it is also more complicated to implement.
Somehow he couldn't find the command for me even though I wrote everything correctly: /
I found something about printing:
What do you see? Which command is it about?
