I bought a used laptop
previously it had Windows 7 on it
and now Windows 10 and there's no sound even though I'm shown that everything works I have also installed all drivers, it may be that I should switch the laptop back to the original version Windows 7

It's best to look at your phone with sound, otherwise there's a text instruction in the video description
Go to the manufacturer's website of the laptop. Download and install the drivers there.
