How can I deactivate the FN key?

My laptop:

I was in the BIOS, but the function keys are already activated! (It is there at least)

Keyboard shortcuts do not work either

There are no tabs for the FN key in the keyboard options

I do not know what possibilities there are.

I want to play on the laptop and need the function keys (the faster I can press them, the better)

It is not possible to reprogram the keys.

Please answer.

Following combinations are known to (de) activate the FN keys:

Ctrl + Shift + Num
Fn + Num
Num
Fn + F11
Num + F11
