Synology DS218+: SMB login on Windows does not work. What to do?

With my notebook, which is in the same network as my disk station, I can no longer access my data via SMB.

"The username or password is incorrect."

But I'm very sure that the login details are correct. It still works via web access and I can also access my data via SMB via my PC. It just doesn't seem to work on my notebook.

Anyone have an idea what to do? Respectively. What could be the reason?

Change SMB from 1.0 to 2.0

With Windows you can do this (if I have it right in my head) under the features (programs and features)

Thank you for your prompt reply. However, it doesn't work either.

I checked the Programs and Features \ Support for SMB 1.0 / CIFS file sharing and the Diskstation is set to the maximum SMB protocol: SMB3 & minimum SMB protocol: SMB2, as recommended by Synology: /

Edit: Okay sorry, I'm stupid to the max. Had disabled network detection at some point. Thanks anyway for the help and have a nice day!

Jo… Pased. Forest, trees and such.

That with the SMB version should now work properly again. Some update had disabled everyone except SMB1.0. The behavior sounded like the ncoh wasn't fixed.
