Laptop key is not working anymore, what can I do?

I restarted my laptop after a long period of inactivity (1.5 months), but I can't enter the password because the keyboard does not work anymore, all other keys seem to work. I tried to connect a USB keyboard, but did not work. I can't charge the laptop either, nothing happens. Can anybody help me further?
