Wi-Fi stick, hotspot, cell phone?

Following situation:

I'm going to a clinic very soon that doesn't have any internet. It's a good thing, but Corona also means that visitors are strictly prohibited from visiting. Therefore, we can't see anyone for long periods of time or video chat.

Wlanstick is all well and good, but I don't have a tablet or laptop.

Probably a very stupid question and impossible, but is there any other way? Regardless of whether with a stick, etc?

Maybe just with your smartphone?

There's generally no guest Wi-Fi, without exception. And the mobile data from the cell phone is gone in no time at all while video chatting, that's it

I know this answer is probably not satisfactory, but WinSIm has really good terms and you can cancel it on a monthly basis. I don't know a better provider.
