I want to reset my PC, what should I watch out for?

I would like to format my laptop, but I don't have a hard drive / USB stick on which I can create a system image. What can i do there.
I also have a question about this

Are these programs automatically reinstalled when I restart Windows? And how about all the graphics drivers and such.

For me, the system image was only enough for small system errors and then only if the system restore was activated in Windows 10. Always use a Windows 10 installation medium and hardware drivers from the manufacturer's support page if necessary. If you try to restore the whole system again, the PC / laptop prompts you to use Windows 10.
