More Dbits with Dlan?

I have a router that is very far away. I have already bought a mesh repeater, but it is still quite far away. But my question is whether I will not only get better connections with dlan, but also more mbits? The laptop has a lot more mbits because it is in the hallway. A room further my PC is then with a really bad connection. Would it be worth buying a Powerline adapter?

Theoretically yes. In practice you can only test it. With us in the apartment, that absolutely doesn't work.
