Laptop makes problems after hard disk replacement?

I changed the hard drive of my laptop. My computer starts and loads, but then comes just a black picture and remains. What should I do?

Install an appropriate operating system for the hardware.

I also had that with my old office laptop.

Start your laptop, after you've started your laptop, you said that it's just a black picture, then you just wait about 3 hours, then an ad will come, where will stand then that it will do something (forgot what was there) , then you wait until it's gone, then Windows 10 opens normally again.

And what's on the new hard drive on it?

Hopefully an operating system?
