Is the laptop or the graphics card / processor good?

I want to buy a new laptop.

This I need for school, private use and fast / mobile surfing incidentally.

Since my mother does not want to spend a lot of money and I would like to have a small one, I picked out a cheap laptop on Amazon, which is small and relatively good (I think, to my knowledge). Since I'm absolutely no professional in this field, I hope for good help.

PS: I'm mainly concerned with the processor / graphics card, but I would also like your opinion on this notebook or to other laptops, graphics cards / processors, etc. Enjoy.

The processor could be taken, should even create League of Legends with 20 FPS. It's not a musketeer, but it should be enough for surfing.

300 euro are a tight budget, but with a little more you could take this one:

Solid device with 256GB SSD, 8GB, 41Wh battery.

The disadvantage with the device is the missing OS.

You would have to install Windows 10 and invest 5-10 euro in a license.

But with the HP one has probably longer joy.
