Have you ever tried, whether your laptop via the LAN cable gets a connection? Or you can try out another LAN cable? If available, sometimes try another LAN port on the router.
Otherwise, I would simply reset the network settings of your device. Open the command prompt (cmd) as administrator and execute the following commands:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig / release
ipconfig / renew
ipconfig / flushdns
netcfg -d
Then restart your computer.
