Is there a tablet for music only?

My father loves music. But he still hears his old CDs and records and I thought there must be a way that he could get something like a tablet just for music. Unfortunately, it is not so good at cell phones, laptops and tablets, so that would not be suitable. He feels overwhelmed with it. But if he only has a bar where he specifies a song like youtube or Spotify, he can do it surprisingly well.

Do you have an idea what you could do or whether you have heard of something like this? I would also be happy to hear new ideas!
