Windows problem: SysWow64?

Hello dear community and PC professionals!

I've had a somewhat complicated problem for a few days:

You probably know the following:

C: \ windows \ SysWow64 \ cmd.exe or?

This thing somehow causes me a lot of trouble on my notebook. And if I want to do various Windows things, for example. Press on the taskbar and then open the taskbar settings so that I can change various things because this cmd.exe'n command constantly pops up without executing your own. This is not only the case with the taskbar, but also with some other things! Due to this problem I can hardly switch to the setting points as desired / usually. I actually wanted to delete this entire folder because I thought it was somehow unknown software that I accidentally installed but no. There are actually any system files that contain the "Run as administrator" icon when you delete them.

Installed: Windows 10 Home, x64 system

Question:

What am I supposed to do now?

di

I would simply set up the system again. Otherwise I can't really think of anything.

Yes, delete syswow64 completely first…
Please do not imitate at home!

Go back to System Restore exactly as many days as everything was still running and reset your Windows to this save point.

If that doesn't work, do this guide:

Repair faulty Windows system files

Open the command prompt with admin rights via the start menu. To do this, enter "cmd", right-click on the result and select "Run as administrator".
Enter the command sfc / scannow.
Windows now checks the file system structure.

SysWoW64 belongs to the Windows operating system and is important for the function.

Therefore, it is very happy to be infected by malware. And if I read it like that I would tap it at first.

You could now try cleaning your system, but most of the time it doesn't work.
In the end, it usually only helps to set up Windows from scratch.

Great. Again… It's really annoying to always reset your computer. : /

You can of course run tools like AdwCleaner and Malewarbytes over it. Even a complete scan with your antivirus program can bring something.

However, this is often not enough. That is a bit more extensive in most cases.
