You save the text as a .docx or .doc file and transfer it via USB to the computer or via a cloud.
You copy the text and paste it into your email and send it to yourself. Open the email on the computer and copy the text.
First you have to have Word on your mobile phone and then save the document via Onedrive when you have finished writing your text. Only when you save it via OneDrive can you access the document via multiple devices.
