Although LoL does not really need much power, I think this graphics card will be too old. Main laptop has the graphics chip Intel HD 4400, since it runs on lowest settings with ah and crash. The HD 6470M seems to be even weaker, so I do not think it will be playable on it.

Unfortunately, that will not work. My old laptop with an i7 4xxxU and an Intel HD 4400 was already at the lower limit. With you the processor and the graphics card is weaker.
