I would recommend you to shape the PC bypassed and not just once. Files are only "deleted" after x formatting. Files will never be permanently deleted, but it will be harder to find them back.

It is not impossible. Deleted files are not completely gone immediately, they are only deleted from the table of contents and their place is marked as reusable. Information is only overwritten when this space is needed again. This released but not yet overwritten storage space can be read out and brought onto the Internet, ifnmn is allowed to send data to the Internet at all.
