Which laptop would you recommend me best for university?
Would only take a simple netbook, maybe a chromebook depending on your preference.
light, compact and fast for the circumstances. The hardest thing you can do on it will be watching videos.
So when I had my medical degree there weren't any laptops, but I mostly use a Mac Book for work.
Since probably no computationally intensive programs need to run on it, a robust notebook, e.g. From Lenovo, is sufficient.

If you want to take the notebook with you to university, that should
1) have a long battery life
2) Be light and not too bulky
3) possibly have a touch / pen input (convertible)
The hardware does not usually have to be particularly powerful, but you should not use an absolutely cheap Celeron / Atom CPU that slows down the notebook too much.
An Intel I3 or AMD Ryzen 3 with at least 8GB RAM and 512 GB SSD should be sufficient for the purpose. The graphics integrated in the CPU are sufficient.
