A little over a week ago I reset my PC (laptop) because I had some problems (it doesn't matter). When I backed up my most important files, I forgot to back up the iTunes library too. Now my 200 songs are only on the iPhone. And if I synchronized iPhone with PC (iTunes even showed it to me), my entire library would be empty (there's nothing left on the computer). Does anyone know advice?!

Install i-Tune and log in again with the same account / password, your music should still be on your cloud.
With Windows 10 you don't necessarily need i-Tune. You can copy the music from your mobile phone as from a USB stick and paste it into your folder on the PC.
I registered first. Nothing was saved in the cloud.
