Laptop CPU?

My cpu i know and why but speed is lower than base speed and it is extremely lagging. I also reset my laptop but it doesn't work, does anyone have a plan?

Is the laptop idling in the picture or which programs are currently running?

When idling, the cycle also sinks below the base cycle to save electricity.

What energy settings do you have?

What about the temperatures of the laptop? How warm does the CPU get? Are the fans turning quite high?

If the processor gets too hot, it clocks down to use less energy and accordingly generate less waste heat. Accordingly, it is also less powerful and the system can run stagnantly.
