Short fps drops

I have recently had short fps drops, i.e. From 60 - 90 fps to 15 fps, in the following games:
- Apex Legends
- The Devision
- Watch dogs
I have a laptop with an i7-10759h, a RTX 2060 mobile, 16 gig ram, 512gig ssd and 1t hdd.
Can you please help me it's just not fun to gamble anymore.
