I have an important e-mail to send (here it is later), but it does not work. The e-mail addresses are all correct. My mother tried it from her laptop, but it did not work either and now she has pressed send quite often, which if the email was sent somehow 10 times or so… Does anybody know what to do there? Could be going on? This e-mail has been loading for almost 10 minutes and you can't do anything except close the page! Internet connection is there too

E-mail can't be sent - it may be because of this You may have sent too many e-mails in too short a time, so you are temporarily suspended.
