Where are my photos in the laptop?

Today I transferred some pictures from my iPhone to PC with Windows 10. Unfortunately I clicked on moving and moved it into a fileiorder. Unfortunately, I can't find these pictures again. Whenever I click on the folder it displays "empty folder". Where are the pictures?

Let's run a search for *. Jpg on the whole hard drive, if they do not show up then you have deleted them clean. Look in the trash.
