Windows 10 from UEFI back to Legacy Bios?

Short introduction: I have a "normal" PC and a laptop. Until recently, Windows 7 was still running on the PC. But I decided to load Win10 on it. I bought a new SSD and wanted to record it using a USB stick (with the latest Win Installation Tool) with Windows 10. However, I could not do that on my PC because he does not seem to have any choice for boot mode in the bios. So he only runs on Legacy Bios. But since Uefi needed to boot from the stick, I put the hard drive in my laptop and then installed Windows.

Now I have the problem that I can boot on the hard drive in Uefi mode, but this is only on the laptop. Once I put the hard drive back into the PC can't boot.

Can I somehow change that you can start Windows 10 back on Legacy Bios. Retrofitting Uefi on the PC does not go to my knowledge.

En

Reinstall Windows again directly on the PC

It is due to the different partiton tables

Uefi uses GPT and the legacy is MBR

With the tool Rufus you can also make a stick for MBR bootable

My

So somehow confused what was done there.

You only install where it should run in the future. If booting from USB is not supported, then you can do it by CD (if necessary, get a usb cd drive).

If you want to switch from HDD to SDD, you could have mirrored the whole synonymous. And on Windows 7, upgrade to Windows 10.
