It will be difficult. The processor is an i5-9300H, the GPU the somewhat slow GTX 1650. I would generally recommend a stand-alone PC for streaming.

Are you aware that pretty much all of the equipment offered there's needed? The device you are showing appears to be new on Amazon from 1,200 euro. For around 900 euro you get a used device in good condition. You can also buy a new device for the same price that has even more power.

The processor and graphics card are the same, but here 16 GB RAM would be installed instead of only 8 GB RAM. You can easily get GTA V running with both devices.
