My laptop got extremely slow from one day to the next. Even completely resetting the laptop did not help.
I just don't understand it and I'm very disappointed about it because it is not that old.

"Reset" is a last option - but never the first!
Basically, a lot can have happened… Have you already carried out a virus or malware scan? If you are unlucky, you may have caught a trojan or something similar
