Thrustmaster pedals do not work, what to do?

I got Thrustmaster's steering wheel and pedals at Christmas, but the pedals do not work.

when my dad tried it on his laptop, it worked.

Any tips?

When you are in the game, select the steering wheel and pedals and not the keyboard

Update drivers, see if the settings are correct everywhere.

I have exactly the same problem, have already updated the driver and in the game (remote bus simulator), everything is set correctly. But if I press both pedals simultaneously, they will be recognized in the Control Panel. Does somebody still have an idea?
