Sound from headphones like from a tin can (only on the PC)?

I have a strange problem. My headphones have always worked on a PC, and they are definitely not broken because they work normally on a cell phone, but when connected to a PC, the sound sounds like from a very old radio and is really dull. The normal sound that I get on the laptop itself and from the speakers of the monitor is normal.

Do you know the problem and have a solution? Dankiii

Sometimes the jack plug is not properly seated on it. The best thing is to try to push it right in.

They are wireless and I've had the problem for a week ^^
