The password does not contain a "real" word, special characters and numbers. It's not short either. (For example NtrGng? 14)
So accounts that are really important, I would use secure and different passwords. Eg bank or Steam Account with me.
Everything else: well. Use the same password for some pages. But everything is pages or platforms that, in the unlikely event that it should come to that, not so tragically to lose.
Somewhere, at some point, one of these systems gets hacked. Or an employee at one of these companies has unauthorized access to data that is actually none of their business.
And if you have used the same password in several places, then the hacker or the "bad employee" can log into other systems with your data.
So: Always use a different password in each account.
And: Paper and pen have not had their day, because a small notebook with all your passwords (with entries in the form of "website / username / password) can't be" hacked "from another computer and it still exists if the Hard drive or the memory chips in your computer / mobile phone / tablet just like that, break overnight or the device is stolen.
Why should you do it that way when there are now enough technical measures to get it right? There are various free (and paid) password managers that relieve you of the task of having a different password everywhere and of remembering it.
I wouldn't do it like that, because if it comes to a digital disaster and orders are placed with other addresses with your own account on Amazon / eBay, you look really stupid at first.
The same password for different accounts is always less secure. However, this is put into perspective, depending on how secure the password itself is. 123456 or # 5TGkj67 (5: P gnrpfth.
It also depends on how many devices you use it on. For example, if you access a certain account from different devices, it might be better if you can remember it.
If it's your own devices, you can also use 1password.
With password safes, you can create a password for a very long time and save it safely for each login.
