How do I install Sims or origin on a new notebook?

I decided to buy a new notebook but I was wondering how I should install Origin or Sims because it doesn't contain it, I have to buy everything, I had already bought Sims (but on the other notebook)

If you bought Sims through Origin, you can download Origin free of charge from their website. You start the software, log in and can then download Sims again.

Quite simple:

You download the Orign software to your new notebook, log in with your account data from Origin, install it there and play it.
