Unfortunately, my laptop is giving up more and more and now I have to look around for a new one.
It should be one on which I can easily play Sims 3 with possible extensions and despite a large family etc. Without jerking and waiting.
But I also want to use it for normal things such as streaming, watching YouTube videos, DVDs.
The biggest challenge is the smooth game flow at Sims.
Well, and the price shouldn't go over 700 euro. About 300 to 500 would be desirable. Recommendations from my own experience would be great, but I'm happy about any tips. The laptop is not used on the go but remains stationary on the desk, so it can have a normal size of 15 inches and larger.
I have the acer aspire E 15 (575 G). I bought it over 2 years ago, I already played Sims 3 and even Sims 4 with all kinds of extensions and there were never any problems. He also mastered games that are much more graphics-intensive and require more computing power. The built-in graphics card (nvidia geforce 940mx) is fine for a laptop (at least two years ago - there are of course much better now, but it was always enough for my purposes).
It does its job and it has a relatively large memory. It also has a DVD / CD drive, which makes it very pleasant to look at / install things.
