Can't delete picture Windows 7?

Two pictures can't be deleted on my laptop, I have Windows 7. I get an error message that the file could not be found or something. But logically the picture is there. Why is that? Is that a trojan / virus etc? I saved the pictures from google a long time ago and that was for school.

I have something similar with other files, I don't think it's a trojan virus or whatever it's just a bug how to fix it I don't know either
