Surface laptop zoom and pen stopped working?

For about two weeks now my two-finger zoom and my pen have stopped working. Googled of course and tried everything:

- Newly connected pen, exchanged battery, tried in different apps - did not help

- Latest updates carried out

- deleted and reinstalled the drivers for the pen in the device manager under Bluetooth devices

I don't know what else I could try.

Does anyone have an idea?

Have you already tried another pen?

If none of this helps, you will probably have to set up the device again
