Prime crashes on TV?

When I watch something on Amazon Prime, on my laptop or on other televisions, everything works perfectly.

While I watch something on my TV (which is connected to the same Wi-Fi), everything goes great. But as soon as I pause, I have to cancel the episode 2 seconds later and press it again because it says: "An error has occurred".

In the long run this is really annoying because I can never click on pause without it practically crashing.

Has anyone ever had the same problem?
