On Amazon Prime Video bar to scroll down suddenly?

When I'm on Amazon (with the laptop) this bar is on the right side of the page to scroll up and down the page, but if I'm in the prime video part of the page is missing this bar and if I want to scroll down is only on the Keyboard with the arrow down. This annoys me a little, can I somehow change that the bar is there to scroll again?

Is this a new change from Prime Video or did I accidentally change a setting?
