My phone display is broken since today (Spider app 3.1) now I wanted to watch my Amazon Prime series on the tablet or on the laptop. The problem is but as soon as I log on to these devices I have only one account without prime functions. How can you fix this?

Go times when you are logged in to change account, then you will probably be displayed another, then what is your Primekonto. And at the next opportunity call times in support that can close without. Something happens from time to time.
