You should uninstall network adapters in Device Manager and restart the computer

Press the Windows key + X and start the device manager
Or enter Device Manager in the search for the taskbar and start it.
Open the network adapter and, if there are several, mark the correct one and uninstall by right-clicking.
Now restart and the network adapter will install itself and the drivers again
