Pc or laptop?
PC offers you all possibilities. You can play practically any type of game and modify it for free. But it is also relatively expensive to stay up to date.
I don't know how old you are, but with increasing age and less free time, an expensive gaming PC is less and less worthwhile. A console would be enough for me for the few hours.
I assume that your question relates to gambling.
I would always prefer a PC.
I have everything, but I like the laptop because I can take it with me wherever I go
Much more useful for work and games etc, even if the laptop is portable.

I have a MacBook Pro M1. The performance is great enough for me to work. At home I still have an external monitor, mouse, keyboard, mixer and camera. For gaming, however, laptops are utter nonsense, at least in my opinion.
