Does anyone know what kind of laptop it is and how much it is worth or where you can buy it?

As far as I know, Alienware stands for gaming PCs / laptops. But without seeing a screenshot of the system it will be difficult to know how fast it is or how good the graphics and the memory.

MW 2 (the original from 2009) runs at 30 fps on medium settings in 1024 x 768 pixels.
You couldn't gamble with it 10 years ago.

For office ok, nothing more.

The value today is maybe a maximum of 100 euro or so in good condition.
